Introduction We are all working hard here at SEEM to build a sustainable business and have been following up lots of potential business leads and partnerships that are emerging in the sector and will keep you updated via this newsletter. There are lots of social enterprise events going on in the region over the next few months, one of which is an event hosted by the Institute of Consultants, Chartered Management Institute and Women in Management with Nick Hurd th MP as guest speaker on 10 November at the Radisson Blu Hotel at East Midlands airport. I will also be speaking about the future of Social Enterprise in the UK, so hope to meet many of you there. We are also sorry to say good bye to Emma Torrance, our Director of Resources and Programmes who has been a dedicated member of the team for over 8 years. We wish her every success in her new role at highly successful social enterprise, The Mighty Creatives. Follow us on twitter @se_eastmidlands or contact me via linked-in on our new website.
