How to... RESERVE A FACILITY, SHELTER, OR FIELD

Click "Registration" in the top right corner

Select the catalog tab associated with the facility type you would like to reserve space at.

Brose for the field/facility/shelter you are interested in and select it Browse the calendar to choose your reservation date. If a space is available, it will show up as GREEN and if it is unavailable, it will show up as GREY. If there is partial availability, it will show up as YELLOW.

Once the date is selected, select the rate and time range for the rental If not rate or time range is available, the facility you are viewing cannot be reserved online. Once the rental space has been added to your cart, click checkout

A series of prompts/waivers will follow that need to be answered and agreed to. Some rental requests do not require you to pay any fees at the time you process the transaction because the rental requests are reviewed and approved by department staff. You will be contacted for when your request has been reviewed and approved

REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM/PASS/ACTIVITY

Click "Registration" in the top right corner.

Select the catalog tab for the desired ACTIVITIES

Browse for the program/pass/activity that you are interested in and select it. Make sure to select the correct account member before adding it to your cart. This can be found on the right hand side of the screen where it says, ACCOUNT MEMBERS

Once the program/pass/activity has been added to your cart, click checkout to finish your transaction
