“In 2003 Second Presbyterian Church made a financial and volunteer commitment to provide freedom, independence, and dignity to low-income people in our community who are trapped in their homes due to their disabilities. In the interim years, that commitment has remained rock solid and the Endowment remains the largest supporter among the churches with whom we partner. With over 3,000 volunteers statewide and more than 3,500 ramps built, Second stands as the cornerstone of this ministry. “
