B Funds are subject to the spending policy.

Lake Family Fund – Venture Fund for New Programs and Ministries (B-21)

To provide monies for new programs and ministries as authorized by the Senior Pastor of Second Presbyterian Church together with the approval of the Session. New programs or ministries may not be funded for more than three years.

Karen Lake Buttrey Samaritan Fund (B-27)

Original corpus was established through a bequest of Karen Lake Buttrey to support the Second Presbyterian Church Samaritan Fund which provides for counseling services to those with financial need.

Marjorie C. Howe Fund (B-22)

In accordance with the expressed wishes of the donor, and in compliance with the policies of the Endowment Fund, the Marjorie C. Howe Fund is established as a B fund.

McFarland Fund – PW (B-23)

Income to be used for programming for the Presbyterian Women.

McFarland Fund – Youth Missions (B-24)

Income to be used for programming for Second Presbyterian Youth Missions.

William and Christine Hall Medical Benevolence Fund (B-25)

Income to be used to assist persons and families with medical expenses they cannot otherwise meet.

Bible Ministry Fund (B-26)

Established by an anonymous gift. Income shall provide for the distribution of Bibles through the various ministries and mission activities of Second Presbyterian Church.
