SPA-CATION AT HOME STARTING WITH THE ESSENTIALS
A spa day at home might be just what you need to chase away the winter blues and pamper yourself. Before you start, make sure you are equipped with salt scrubs, a robe, quiet music (and headphones, if you prefer), fragrance (candles or essential oils), a few undisturbed hours, skin care products, water or other healthy hydration to drink, foot care products, soft cozy towels, hair care products, and yoga pants and lush socks for after.
