COME AND PARTY WITH ESP IN KENFIG HILL

FASHION SHOW AT THE HI TIDE, PORTHCAWL

Those who came to the ‘Songs of the Swinging Sixties’ concert during the Kenfig Hill and Pyle Community Week this year, will remember how entertaining ESP were. In fact they were so good they are making a return to St Theodore’s Church, Kenfig Hill at 7pm. The acoustic duo of Matt and Dave who make up ESP will be performing songs from the ‘60s to the ‘00s to entertain all ages. Tickets priced £6 are available from Theo’s Charity Shop or telephone 01656 742703.

To raise funds for Marie Curie, and put on by Bridgend & Porthcawl Fundraising Group. The evening will include a fashion show presented by Cerys’s Closet of Kenfig Hill. A meal and entertainment from ‘Valley Jive’ is included in the ticket price of £15. Tickets are available from the Hi-Tide and Cerys’s Closet. Doors open 7pm for 7.30pm start. Saturday 18th November

SUSTAINABLE WALES CELEBRATING 20 YEARS In celebrating this landmark we’re inviting friends and collaborators from two decades to join us on a convivial evening of birthday cake, spoken word, music and film including poets Robert Minhinnick, Rhian Edwards, Kris Evans, music from local heroes One Time Alive and a clutch of other contributors to reminisce, entertain and celebrate.
