£22.5M investment in Sunderland’s Turbine Business Park Turbine Business Park, a development by Barmston Developments (a 50/50 Joint Venture between Clugston Estates Limited and Wilton Developments) is a 55 acre high quality Business Park location with an end value in the region of £70M.
