To celebrate SEA CLOUD SPIRIT’s inaugural homeports in San Juan, we have crafted a special culinary series, featuring Puerto Rico’s star chefs as special onboard guests for the 4 sailings.

These exclusive epicurean itineraries have been masterfully curated by husbandand-wife team Ronnie Rodriguez and Kathleen Squires as part of our esteemed participation in Chef’s Dinner Table at Sea.

Rodriguez is owner and operator of Chef’s Dinner Table, an NYC-based private dining club modeled after the “Puerta Cerrada” dinners in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
