Although the maximum sentence is eight years, the prosecutor agreed to a one-year jail term. Kittle was arrested on March 9 in the apartment of a woman who lives in the 600 block of Tourmaline Street. The woman had suspected someone entering her residence as

she noticed things were out of place. She also realized that her computer history showed porn websites that she did not visit, according to Teh. The woman apparently installed a surveillance camera inside her apartment and was monitoring it from another location when she saw someone in her unit. She called the police, who arrested Kittle. Other residents said they were surprised to see porn websites on their Internet history. The defendant’s attorney could not be reached for comment. The manager of the apartment complex also could not be reached for comment. Kittle was housed at the George Bailey Detention Facility on $125,000 bail, but San Diego Superior Court Judge Kathleen Lewis changed his status to “no bail” after Kittle pled guilty. Kittle will be sentenced on May 27.
