Another nice thing to do for your out-of-town guests is to arrange transportation from the hotel to the wedding and reception and then back again. If you are going to have guests flying in for your wedding, consider hiring a car service to do airport pickups and drop offs. Ask your wedding day limo/car service if they offer a package deal to include it. Be prepared with at least an estimate of how many trips will be needed and for how many people based on your RSVPs. Questions to ask when booking: ■

Are there are time restrictions?

Who the specific driver(s) will be for your event?

What specific vehicles will be for your event?

CAUTION! Whichever type of transportation you chose, be sure to research your selections wisely. Every year we see new transportation businesses come and go, stranding unfortunate couples. Be sure to check references.
