Seated Dinner

Best suited for smaller parties, but also appropriate for larger, more formal weddings

PROS: Guests are able to eat and visit with tablemates instead of standing in line More formal

CONS: More servers needed (usually 1 for every 20-25 guests) For large parties, service can be an issue (by the time the last tables are getting their food, first tables served are done)

DON ’ T FORGET

Confirm the deadline for your final head count. Some venues/caterers will over set for 5% of your head count. (If your head count is 100, they will prepare enough food to feed 105.)
