St Henry’s Marist College in Glenwood, Durban, started the 2020 school year with a Mass in their amphitheatre. Fr Sean Mullin CSSP, the college chaplain, celebrated the Mass with pupils.
Holy Rosary School in Edenvale, Johannesburg archdiocese, eased young Grade 0s into their first day with fun games, one being “The Office”.
Grade 11 students at CBC St John’s in Parklands, Cape Town, were confirmed at a Mass celebrated by Archbishop Stephen Brislin with Fr Chris Ovies OSFS and parish priest Fr Carlo Adams OSFS at the parish of the Resurrection in Table View. The students were Tyron Clarke, luis de Andrade, Tyron van der Merwe, Kylah irvine, Ashleigh Muller, Fabienne D’Elboux, nonhlanhla lamola, Thomas Sterland, Carla da Costa and Fabio de Gouveia.
