ANNUAL GLASGOW PRESIDENTIAL DANCE Took place at the Grand Central Hotel with new host Edward Reid

The annual Glasgow Presidential Dance took place on the 22 February. It was all change for this event with a new venue and host, both of which did not disappoint. Held in the stunning ballroom of the Grand Central Hotel and hosted by the fabulous Mr Edward Reid, a fantastic evening was had by all. It was the last Presidential Dance for President Ronnie Miles, before he hands over the chain of office to Linda Hill, so it was fitting that money raised on the night was split between our own Benevolent Fund and his chosen charity, the Craighalbert Centre (see more on page 13). We were delighted to welcome amongst our guests, CBA President, Heather Fuller and her husband George and IAMB President Ger Cunningham accompanied by IAMB Secretary Sean Earley.
