Advocacy Note

In addition to all that the wonderful city of Mobile has to offer, the SCOLT, AWLA, and SEALLT boards have been working hard to plan an outstanding conference. We have a wide selection of workshops, conference sessions, and exhibits all designed to promote creativity and enhance your teaching skills. The theme this year is “MOBILize for Language Learning” and serves as a reminder that language skills are indeed mobile, can be taken with you anywhere, and are the key to engaging other peoples and cultures. Likewise, you can learn a language anywhere, anytime, and any place these days.

So, I hope to see you all in Mobile this coming March. I know that all who do will return home refreshed, invigorated, inspired, and empowered by this year’s conference.
