Penny Kelly is an author, teacher, publisher, lecturer, spiritual coach/consultant and Naturopathic Physician. A Tool and Process Engineer for Chrysler Corporation at the time, she eventually left Chrysler and returned to school to study the brain, consciousness, perception, cognition, intelligence and intuition. In 1988, after moving to Lawton in SW Michigan, she began teaching in a dilapidated old barn that eventually became Lily Hill Farm. The barn is now both Learning Center and busy B&B. Today, Penny travels widely teaching classes and conducting workshops on intuition, gardening, food and nutrition. She maintains a worldwide consulting practice that includes both spiritual and nutritional consulting, and fills a number of speaking engagements. Soon you will be crossing the Galactic Equator with a frequency of truth, authenticity, and transparency. 
 This vibration has the eect of precipitating all that is hidden into visibility. As such, all institutional, governmental, scientific, personal, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and cosmic secrets will be revealed. This is already evident by the numerous revelations and disclosures of long-held political and personal secrets of planetary leaders and governmental bodies. Many are also wielding from the breaking down of their own blind spots, exposing the lies and self-deceits that have been holding them back from evolutionary change and transformation.
This is not always a smooth process; rather it is often a turbulent experience for man will go to absurd and ridiculous lengths to hide from his own truth and soul. We have been advising about this energy for the past five years, but today we want to explain to you that the
ideological fragmentation that you are calling “tribalism� is nothing more than the manifestation and precipitation of multiple realities that are occupying the same space. This is going to get worse, for loved ones, family members, friends, and neighbors will make choices as to what future and parallel reality they will go into by espousing their path and ideology. Do not waste your time trying to convince them of the merit of your choice.
This is not a debate. Rather it is a visceral and vibrational response to an existing and internal core frequency. It is the matching of patterns and vibrations. Like will attract like. Moreover, the almost 8 billion people on earth will not all go into the same future. You are individually making choices as to where you want to go by either addressing or not addressing your shadow, internal lies and deceits, and all repressed and suppressed issues that are buried in the subconscious mind. The degree that you are doing this vital and important work will determine where you go.
The split. In the next six months, the separation will become so sharp that many holding similar ideas will move closer to each other to find strength and safety in numbers. This is because the intolerance of many will precipitate physical altercations and battles against others with different beliefs and ideologies. By the end of next year, there will exist multiple geographical pockets of beings holding similar points of view. This will eventually lead into a break and schism of national unity. States and counties will break apart. At this current rate, in a matter of three years many counties will cease to exist while others will be born.
The main reason for this is that mixed in with the Light of the Galactic Equator is the 7th Ray of God, which is about “Ceremonial Magic, Transformation, and Spiritual Idealism.” Only this energy is capable of …ushering in the New Age by seeding the fervor of spiritual
idealism for a better tomorrow, causing a dramatic 180º change in many. However, the negative polarities of this are intolerance for the views of others, orthodoxy, fundamentalism, and adherence to the letter of the law, rather than the spirit.

It would appear that the forces of nature are rising against you, but it is not personal. Mother nature is not angry with you. The forces of nature are trying to rebalance the equilibrium and interdependent relationship that has maintained life on earth for millions of years.
Additionally, prehistoric pathogens that were buried in the depths of the earth will re-surface due to the atmospheric and geological recalibration, triggering the potential of a human die offs to occur. Keep in mind that you are immortal souls having a human experience. Death is an illusion. In this instance, it is the transition into parallel realities.
Due to the costs associated with natural disasters and the breaking down or rearrangement of national boundaries, the world financial market will plunge into crisis. The debts taken by certain countries that will no longer be in existence will not be repaid. This will throw world finances in total disarray. Currencies, money, and the debt-driven global economy will have no meaning.
Yet hope remains that in the midst of this apparent chaos you will find your way into the ascended tomorrow for you are to play the critical role as a pillar and founding member of this future. Here are some suggestions and strategies for you to thrive and remain focused in these turbulent transitional times.
recalibration
Surrender your fears into God: Cultivate your relationship with your God, Higher Self, or Creative Principle. Many intuitives and psychics do not have a relationship with a higher power or God concept. However, in these times, you will need to evolve a personal and intimate relationship with the God of your Heart and Understanding. These frightening and scary scenarios will trigger fear in many. Praying and taking these fears into God and surrendering the negativity and disempowerment is the key to remaining centered and finding peace and serenity.
Be neutral: The less polarized and emotionally charged that you can become, the closer you will be to finding the future earth. Understand that neutrality is not a disconnect from the injustices of the world; rather it is accelerated conflict resolution. You have preferences as to how things should go, but no attachments to outcomes. In the event that things do not occur as you wanted, you do not fall apart. You remain aligned to your God and ask for the solution set to help you overcome. Re-adjust, and let a creative solution precipitate the change and transformation that you are seeking.
Live a sustainable life: Make sure that your life and physical environment are sustainable. Keeping in mind the interdependence that connects everything, change your habits, behavior, life, and physical environment into a sustainable existence. Live in a green, earthquake proof, fireproof, windproof, and resilient environment. Make sure that your power generation and food production systems are also sustainable and resilient so that they can remain functional no matter what the outside circumstances may be.
Be agile: You have to be ready to move on a moment’s notice. Having physical, emotional, and spiritual agility is the key to surviving and thriving in this quickly changing and mutating environment. The more attachments you have to people, places, and things, the more difficult it will be for you to move fast as directed by your guidance in
Find your community: No one can survive these changes alone. You have to find the other individuals who, like you, are aligned to the same frequency. You will need to gather in communities that will create a safe zone for you to thrive. Moreover, the changes are too drastic for the resources of a lone wolf to handle. You will need the support of your tribe to help as you also support and help them.
The shift into parallel realities: Right now, multiple parallel realities are occupying the same space and are seeking souls and matching the dominant vibration of beings to generate a vortex that will create a wave function collapse that will lead to a shift into a parallel dimension. But before this happens, these competing realities will physically separate into tribal, geographical, and ideological camps and regions.
Fear not, my child, for if the above resonates or makes sense to you, you have a critical role to play in this transition.

Dreaming the Future Chris Robinson first contacted the Regional Crime Squad in 1988 with information concerning an IRA atrocity. It was treated with skepticism at first as the police have many approaches from people claiming psychic powers who are either attentionseeking, misguided or whose information proves inaccurate.

Without the support of Detective Inspector Paul Aylott, Chief Inspector Alex Hall, and Detective Inspector Chris Watt and their superiors who remained openminded, I probably would have. The Rev David Bolster from St Andrew’s Church helped me enormously then and is still doing so now; thank you all.
DREAM DETECTIVE I was, however, asked by the Regional Co-ordinator to monitor Chris’ dreams, which I did, sometimes on a daily basis, until I retired from the police in 1995. As a senior police officer and experienced detective, I had always concerned myself with hard facts and usable evidence. Because of this, Chris did not find me an easy contact to report to, but over the years Chris has convinced me of the genuine belief he has in his powers. Despite the vagueness of many of his dreams, we have worked together on a number of investigations and Chris has been able to offer helpful information in relation to major crimes and terrorist activities. Living In Both Worlds

He was the man who dreamt about crime and about terror attacks: if his ‘work’ – which he saw as trying to deliver these warnings and prevent harm … Chris found that his dreams led him into areas that skirted around controversy and political situations that led to his Special Branch handlers handing him over to MI5. This was to be a problematic time, as the new warnings in his dreams of the terror threat from Islamic fundamentalists saw him become a hot potato that those in control of the security forces would prefer just went away.
FATE?
The last two decades have seen major changes in the world in terms of terrorism and criminal activity. Wars in the middle east have led to mass migrations westward, and the stirring of fundamentalism in Islam that led to the birth of first Al Qaeda, and then IS (aka Islamic State). The spread of such fundamentalism, and the isolated cell structure in which the terrorists subscribing to these ideals operate have meant that the threat to the general population, of any religion or race, has grown to a proportion that could not have been dreamt of in the ear of the first book, when all Chris had to deal with in his dream premonitions were the localized threat of the IRA and the comparatively small-scale operations of their Provisional branch.
The tipping point for when things really began to change must, in many ways, be considered to the events of 9/11, when the twin The first surprise was that Chris woke up to find that he had already written quite a lot on the first page. This both astounded and shocked him: the idea was to keep the diary by the bed so that he would be able to scribble down his dreams as soon as he awoke. Instead, he sat up in the morning to find a page covered in writing. Either he had written it during the night, then forgotten as he dropped back to sleep, or else . . . well, ‌
World Trade Towers in New York were demolished by hijacked planes. It is almost forgotten that another plane was also directed to the Pentagon – the heart of the US military operation – but this is understandable in view of the darkly iconic nature of the collapsing towers and the casualties involved. It was perhaps significant that it happened just one year into the new century, as already it seems like we left the twentieth century behind on that day, and entered a darker, more uncertain era.
DREAM
…under the eye of the NSA, where he and other psychics were involved in remote viewing and attempts to thwart the threat of terror from the middle east and in the homeland.
… Chris began to have dreams about the destruction of the twin towers by aeroplane attack. These led him to try and contact the US Embassy on his return to England, as the dreams continued. The culmination of this was a phone call Chris received in his kitchen, whilst watching the disaster unfold on TV. As will be seen, this led to his experiences in America under the eye of the NSA, where he and other psychics were involved in remote viewing and attempts to thwart the threat of terror from the middle east and in the homeland. Yet, during all this time, it always struck Chris that whenever he was in the company of high-ranking security and military officials, they were as keen to discuss his dream experiences with ‘alien’ life as they were with his more prosaic predictive dreams. It was as though, despite the immediate nature of the terror threat, the threads that had run through his life were somehow drawing tighter together, suggesting a purpose to everything that was all pervasive. Still, he was not too sure about speaking openly. But now, with the likes of the To The Stars Foundation speaking of alien life, UFO’s, and backengineered technology – and peopled by the likes of Chris Mellon and Dr Hal Puthoff, high ranking officials and scientists who Chris had encountered during his time with the NSA – it seems that there is a growing awareness that there is more to the world and its events than most people perhaps guessed: and if this is so, then perhaps it is also time for Chris to put into context his experiences with so-called
UFO’s, and how this connects with his desire to make some difference to the world with the dream messages he receives.
…when he woke the next morning and was faced with the page he had written in the night, sometimes with puzzlement at what was written until the memory of the dream was jogged by the graphics across the paper. And yet sometimes the dream remained so clear and vivid that he had no need of the paper in order to know what had happened while he was sleeping: there were times that the dream was so clear that it seemed to be even more so than reality.
In August 1997, Clare was concerned with a statement made by Princess Diana that she was about to go public about three things ‘that would shock the world’. As she had recently been divorced from Prince Charles, and their two sons were second and third in line to the throne, there was some speculation as to whether or not one of these ‘things’ would be an announcement of her marriage to Dodi Fayed, son of Harrod’s owner Mohammed Al Fayed, who was something of a thorn in the side of the British establishment. The personal happiness of Dodi and Di (as the press dubbed them) could cast a long shadow.
HERE COMES THE DREAMS “… But no sooner had he taken a step towards them as they seemed to recognise him than the dream took another twist. Suddenly they gestured him to stay back and stepped away from the car themselves. As Chris stepped back, the car started of its own accord, and the engine revved. It got louder, whining at the strain, and before he had a chance to take in what was happening the engine of the Imp blew up, obscuring his grandparents and their house in a blur of smoke. Chris, standing in front of the car, was protected from the blast: not just because this was a dream, but because the Hillman Imp was unusual amongst British cars of the period in that its engine was actually at the rear of the car. Therefore, any blast was actually directed backwards.

DIANA
On the night of August 30th, he called Clare, telling her that it would be that night that something terrible would happen. He had woken up in a sweat, knowing that this night’s replaying of the dream would be the last time. What happened next is a matter of history… At 4am Paris time (3am in England) on August 31st Princess Diana died en route to hospital after a car crash. The details are too well known to repeat again: suffice to say that Dodi Fayed died immediately, as did Henri Paul, the driver of the car. Princess Diana survived the crash, but her injuries were too severe to withstand the journey to hospital.

AND THE DREAMS
This is really where Chris feels that he is living in both worlds: the everyday, physical world of waking, and the non-corporeal realm that is beyond the physical, and which he inhabits when asleep. Another world, and one which he feels is always there, but just beyond the reach of the waking every day.
There was one survivor of the crash: Diana’s personal bodyguard, who was in hospital for some time, and whose injuries were severe enough to threaten his life and to wipe out his memory of what exactly happened that night. His name was Trevor ReesJones.
CONSPIRACY? Was there a conspiracy involving the Royal family or MI5 and a matter of national security that led to the Princess being assassinated? Thomas Drake is a whistleblower who has dedicated his life to safeguarding his country. A ten-year veteran of the Air Force (specializing in intelligence), he served as a CIA analyst and contractor for the National Security Agency (NSA) for 12 years before joining the Agency full time in 2001.
When Drake saw mass waste and abuse in the billions of dollars spent on Operation Stellar Wind, he took his concerns to his superiors at NSA, to Congress and to the NSA and Department of Defense Inspectors General (DoD IG). Retaliation soon followed. Management took aim at Drake’s career by removing his responsibilities and shifting him to a meaningless position. He was increasingly isolated, singledout, transferred away from projects, and marginalized. After his cooperation with DoD IG, which validated his concerns, Drake became the target of a “leak” investigation related to the infamous NSA warrantless wiretapping scandal–despite the fact that he had nothing to do with the “leak.”

After reaching out to multiple proper oversight bodies, nothing changed. Finally, Drake made legal disclosures of unclassified information to a Baltimore Sun reporter, who wrote a series of award-winning articles that exposed the billion-dollar NSA boondoggle. Reprisal against Drake was then ratcheted up to the maximum: criminal prosecution under the Espionage Act of 1917. The government conduced an armed raid of Drake’s home, interrogated him for hours, confiscated his personal notes and computers, and threatened him with spending “the rest of his natural life behind bars.” The Department of Justice (DOJ) indicted Drake under the Espionage Act with improper “retention” – not disclosure – of allegedly classified information, and Drake faced decades in prison.
Justice Department officials interrogated Drake for hours on several occasions. Knowing he had done nothing wrong, Drake cooperated with the pre-textual “leak” investigation until he realized that the purpose was to retaliate against him. The officials pressured Drake multiple times to take a plea deal, threatening him with spending the “rest of his natural life behind bars” if he didn’t – but Drake “refused to plea bargain with the truth.” Drake hoped that the new Obama administration – one that had touted the importance of federal whistleblowers during the 2008 campaign – would reverse direction and cease the use of the criminal justice system to go after whistleblowers, but after being under a cloud for two and a half years, the DOJ finally indicted him in April 2010.

Drake pled guilty to a mere misdemeanor: “exceeding authorized use of a computer.” One month later, Drake was sentenced to one year of probation and community service, a far cry from the government’s goal of putting Drake in jail for “the rest of his natural life.” At sentencing, the judge sharply criticized the DOJ’s handling of the case, calling it “unconscionable.” A few weeks after the sentencing, in a remarkably rare move, former George W. Bush classification czar J. William Leonard filed a complaint against NSA and DOJ, seeking punishment for the officials who wrongfully classified the documents that Drake allegedly retained. Leonard, who was slated to serve as an expert on Drake’s criminal defense team, stated that the documents contained no secrets, and “should never have been classified in the first place.”
Charged under 10 separate counts, Drake faced 5 charges under the Espionage Act – a 1917 piece of legislation intended to be used against spies. Drake was only the fourth case in U.S. history where the government used the Act to go after someone for allegedly mishandling classified materials – Pentagon Papers whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg was the first. Despite statements to the press to the contrary, the DOJ did not charge Drake with disclosing classified information to a reporter, but, rather, accused him of improper retention of classified information. Despite years investigating him, the DOJ had no evidence of improper disclosure of classified materials. Nonetheless, Drake faced the possibility of decades in prison. In the face of mounting public support for Drake, the overwhelming media coverage, and several rulings against the DOJ in court, the case against Drake imploded just four days before the trial was set to begin.
