Virtual Private Music Lessons
WITH BOB HALAT Hitting sour notes? We will help you achieve the right note. Your individual VIRTUAL lessons are designed to help meet your musical needs. Lesson times range between 8am-5:30pm with each lesson consisting of 30 minutes. Lessons are for all band instruments, guitar and piano. Did you know that becoming mindful can benefit your mental and physical health as well as improving your relationships? In each virtual class we will explore and practice being mindful using movement, breathing, our senses, gratitude and other methods. This will allow you to find what works for you and to begin developing simple, positive and lasting practices in your daily life to improve your overall well-being.
