Click the orange Sign in button to start.

Enter your child’s email address from the Remote Learning booklet and click next.

Enter your child’s password from the Remote Learning booklet and click sign in.

If you are given a welcome box, just press the cross once you have read it.

You will be taken to the office home page that looks like this.

Click the outlook tab to open your child’s email.

Check the inbox daily where you will find an email with a link to join any Teams meeting the teacher sets up to check in.

Open the email by clicking on it and you will find the link to the join the Teams meeting.

Here you will see the date and time of the meeting.

5 minutes before the meeting time, click the link here.

A new tab will open that looks like this.

First press cancel.

Then Select this option here to open the class check in meeting.

The meeting will open and look like this.

Click here to turn on your camera and microphone.

Press join now to enter the check in meeting and wait until you can see and hear your child’s teacher.

Press to turn camera on/off

Press to turn microphone on/off

Press to show the teacher you have a question or want to say something

Press to leave the call when it has finished During the meeting here are the controls your child might need.
