However the importance of the program was demonstrated in the autumn when the crew determined during maintenance work that eight of 11 circuit breakers at Substation No. 3 on Railway Street would not operate properly. The crew had to locate parts from breakers of the same make and model in order to repair and return all eight faulty breakers to service. It took two weeks to complete the breaker repairs.
