Tatiana’s full-service concept means master jewelers handle everything from simple sizing to complex repairs, restoration, and custom jewelry design at a state-of-the-art onsite lab. Shoppers can create personal wish lists, identifying favorite items to guide their special someone when looking for gift ideas. Carats also provides discreet collateral loans and even allows customers to “trade up” their diamonds for larger stones. For Tatiana, the goal is simple, that is for customers to be educated about their purchases and always to leave 100 percent satisfied.
