Sarah Lee, formerly from Norfolk, VA, and now living in Callicoon Center, is the new Events Coordinator, bringing 16 years of restaurant experience to her new job which includes bridal consulting, decorator, coordination with vendors, management of the waitress staff and coordinator of events. Mary Paula Wagner from Roscoe remains as General Manager, starting her second year in that position. She handles all of the bookkeeping and accounting duties and is manager of this facility. Bret Reimer of Hortonville remains as Pro Shop Manager and Director of Golf, where he provides customer service, hiring of front desk personnel, league coordinator and all of the pro shop operations.

Plains. Andrew Scott Hepner, originally from Brooklyn, is the new Sous Chef and received his training from Nigel Samaroo and was formerly employed by the Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony, PA. Under these two chefs The Grill will feature a “New American” menu. The restaurant employs three chefs and a waitress and bar staff. The Grill is open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Sunday, dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Thursday, hosting the Thursday night Men’s league.
The layout of this 18hole golf course provides any golfer with lots of opportunities to enjoy a great round of golf. Playing the course from the blue tees holes one through nine look like this. Hole No. 1 is a 355yard par 4 with a slight dogleg to the left. Take your tee shot to the left center. A trap is on the right front section of the green. Hole No. 2 is a 547yard par 5 featuring a narrow opening in front of the tee but the fairway then opens up some 75-100 yards from the tee.
