Grantee Spotlight: Turning Leaf Project Turning Leaf Project serves men who have been assessed at a medium to high risk of incarceration to change their attitudes, thinking and behavior so they can adapt successfully to community based living without re-offending. At least 70% of the men they serve will be incarcerated without an intense intervention. They believe we can reduce that by half.
