The demand for cleaner eco-friendly and more effi cient toilet facilities has increased dramatically over the last two years. Scanvogn has a range of toilet trail ers and skid mounted units to meet these demands within the Mining industry.

MODELS WE OFFER

We have a large range of models to suit different applications and requirements. Our smallest model is the 120 Single Toilet, we also have the 240 2in1 Toilet as well as larger units such as the 420, 570 and 730 16 Person Toilet Unit. Our models are available as both trailers and skid mounted units.

FLEXIBILITY AND DESIGN

A big advantage of our toilet trailers and skid mounted units is that they can be configured in many ways. The majority of our units are built to have each cubicle accessible from an external door which allows each client to customise the ratio split for toilets. e.g. some site may configure

a 3 toilet unit to have one dedicated male and female toilet and have the third as a unisex, all that has to be changed is signage.

FULLY MOLDED CURVED ROOF

All Scanvogn’s units are supplied with a fully cast single piece roof. This ensures it remains sealed in all weather conditions and significantly increases the service life. The roof is cast with an even curva ture for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof has a gutter system which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows. The roof is also insulated like the floor and walls.

STRONG CONSTRUCTION

All external walls are cut without a seam and positioned so that the wall seals tightly around the floor. The corners are also cut without a seam and assembled with strong anodized aluminum pro files. All in all, this results in a unit with maximum strength and density, which ensures the highest quality.

EASY TO USE, QUICK TO CLEAN

The trailer uses AL-KO Mechanical Overrun Braking and is connected to a standard trailer hitch and can be set up and ready in a few minutes. This makes it possible to move the trailer from site to site quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The trailer is made of easy-to-clean and durable materials, which save time on cleaning and maintenance.

MODEL SPOTLIGHT - 240 2in1 STANDALONE TOILET TRAILER

OVERVIEW

The 240 2in1 is a standalone toilet trailer solution with two separate cubi cles. This model is designed to be fully a cleaner, self sufficient option as it has onboard waste and water tanks, a solar and battery system as well as a water-saving Vacuumarator™ pump by Jets™ to process waste.

WHY CHOOSE VACUUM TOILETS?

Vacuum toilets are proven to be more efficient than a traditional flushing toilet. We understand that in remote areas potable water is a valuable resource, the vacuum system only uses 0.65L per flush, compared to 5L of a traditional toilet. This more efficient system also allows you to reduce the frequency of water and waste truck visits. For the same sized tank you will achieve 7.6x the number of flushes.

The 240 2in1 has an onboard solar and battery system that the lighting, Vacuumarator™ pump, water pump and control system can run from. The trailer can be connected to 240V to charge the onboard batteries. To eliminate odurs, the waste tank is fitted with a cotton and carbon filter. Each spacious cubicle is equipped with the toilet, porcelain sink, window, toilet roll holder, clothes hooks and a mirror. The flooring is a durable massif flooring which is easy to clean and maintain. The trailer is constructed from an insulated composite panel. The technical room is equipped with two large doors for easy access.

MODEL SPOTLIGHT - 420 4in1 TOILET SKID

OVERVIEW

The 420 4in1 is a toilet skid with four individually accessible cubicles. This model is designed to meet the on-demand capacity that larger and more populated areas require. The unit is fitted with a water-saving Vacuu marator™ pump by Jets™ that can either be connected to external tanks

a sewer.

The unit is built ontop of a reinforced chassis with forklift pockets so that the unit can be repositioned as re quired on site.. Each spacious cubicle is equipped with the toilet, stainless steel sink, filtered vent, toilet roll holder, clothes hooks and a mirror. The flooring is a durable massif flooring which is easy to clean and maintain. The trailer is constructed from an insulated composite panel. The technical room is equipped a doors for easy access.

HIGH VISIBILITY MARKINGS

Reflective tape can be added to increase the visibility of the unit when on site. Reversing sounder also available.

ALL TERRAIN TYRES

More durable, all terrain tyres can be selected.

PINTLE EYE

Replace the 50mm standard coupling with a pintle eye.

WHEEL CHOCKS

Wheel chocks help to relieve stress on the handbrake and allow the trailer to remain stable.

Suitable for when frequently travelling over rough terrain.
