Coach Stephanie Salecker, who previously worked as a consultant and later an international executive, has always felt passionate about the power of conversation: its potential to inspire and encourage people, and create new ideas on how to move forward. In 2016, she brought the internationally renowned brief coaching concept developed by Swiss Solutionsurfers® to Germany and established herself firmly as an executive coach for top managers and teams from business and industry. Stephanie Salecker lives with her family in Munich and can draw from her comprehensive experience gained in over 2,000 coaching hours. Her focus is on all leadership matters. how varied her work is. Each session is new, all solutions are tailor-made and never the same. And she loves the simplicity. “A leader’s daily life is complex enough. It’s my ambition to reduce complexity with simple tools in order to get to the essence of what really makes a difference,” she adds. Aside from classic coaching, she also passionately teaches solution-focused coaching to coaches, executives, HR professionals and consultants. “For me, the essence of coaching is to remember what coaching actually used to be: the art of conducting meaningful conversations,” Stephanie Salecker explains.“Everyone can learn how to lead more meaningful (coaching) conversations, from executive
to expert and coach. And with every good conversation we create the potential to make the world a tiny bit better.” The training options are relevant for individuals who want to dive deeper into coaching as well as for companies which would like to systematically introduce solution-focused coaching to their employees to expand their range of leadership tools. “It’s the most genius method I know,” enthuses a participant.“After just three days of workshop, my way of conducting conversations has completely changed. I talk with much more ease, focus and presence. Even my employees have noticed it already.” Those are the best moments for Stephanie Salecker: when people develop their own coaching skills due to her training and when they are actually surprised at just how quickly they are able to improve with the right tools. www.solutionsurfers.de
