OUR STRATEGIES SCAN Health will engage business schools in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., the Netherlands and Australia to design and conduct business case competitions to find solutions to key health sector supply chain challenges. SCAN Health will create an online learning platform to profile global best practices in health sector supply chain to facilitate knowledge sharing and relationship-building between partner organizations. SCAN Health will host an annual, multistakeholder networking event to foster global collaboration on health sector supply chain initiatives, discuss key challenges and priorities, profile best practices and scale supply chain initiatives across international borders. SCAN Health will design and implement a supply chain maturity assessment tool for health organizations to analyze the impact of supply chain strategies. The tool will include an online selfassessment and a platform to share and compare progress with other organizations in global health systems.
