• Leaders can be a person or thing which enjoys a dominantposition over the employees of an organisation to fulfil the organisation’s objectives (Henry, 2015).

• A leader may be able to employ high-level power over the employees in an organisation (Henry, 2015).

• Leadership

• Leadership is the actions of leaders or a set of people in an organisation.

• Leadership allows the leaders to control the employees and it is considered as the ability of the leader to do it (Nohria and Khurana, 2010).

• Leadership allows the leaders to lead the workers, or the organisation’s team as a whole to attain the strategic objectives of the organisation

• The responsibility of leadership includes formulating a perfect vision, sharing the vision with others in the

• organisation and coordinate the various interests among the employees (Nohria and Khurana, 2010).
