• Leadership allows the leaders to lead the workers, or the organisation’s team as a whole to attain the strategic objectives of the organisation

• The responsibility of leadership includes formulating a perfect vision, sharing the vision with others in the

• organisation and coordinate the various interests among the employees (Nohria and Khurana, 2010).
