Forecast Use

We issued our first General Avalanche Information update on November 6th and began daily Backcountry Avalanche Forecasts on December 13th, issuing 120 forecasts this season (compared to 122 last season). Our web-based avalanche safety products received 25% more use. Our email list grew yet again to top 1,500 subscribers compared to 1,250 last year. Daily danger ratings were also disseminated via Facebook and Twitter.
