EDWARD & ANNE WHAT’S YOUR BEEF? The infamous dish from Gordon Ramsay’s ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ has to be Beef Wellington, a traditional British dish consisting of a seared filet mignon, smothered in a whole-grain mustard and wrapped in layers of prosciutto, a herbed crepe, duxelles and puff pastry. At Savour 2016 Edward Hayden & Anne Neary will prove that this traditional British dish is much better and even tastier when made using Irish Beef from Dawn Meats and The Premium Butcher. Enjoy another highly entertaining demonstration from this much loved duo & festival stalwarts for the past 10 years. Anne takes special credit for being one of the founding members of Savour Kilkenny.
