Proposed Dimmeys Redevelopment In late 2010, Yarra Council called for community feedback on the proposed redevelopment of the Dimmeys site in Cremorne. While the formal closing period for objections was December 2010, Council will continue to accept submissions / objections up until it makes a decision on this application.
Yarra Council will consider this planning application at a Special Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday 22 February 2011 at the Richmond Town Hall. 333 Bridge Road, Richmond, from 6.30pm. All objectors of the development will be advised in writing of the opportunity to make a verbal submission at the Special Council Meeting. A consultation meeting involving submitters, the developer and Council’s planning officers was held on 25 January 2011.
