DIPLOMA IN RESIDENTIAL SURVEYING AND VALUATION The Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation provides an innovative way to train residential surveyors. Part-time learning is delivered over 24 months and offers direct entry into RICS at Associate level. Both small independent firms and the larger corporate employers are supportive of the Diploma and have been extremely impressed at the level of training offered and resulting qualified surveyors.
