ince we don’t have enough time in our daily lives to self-reflect, the shower is where almost all of our self-reflection happens. When you are alone washing yourself off and you aren’t wearing any clothes, that is the only time you are truly and 100% yourself to the core. If we don’t take time to self-reflect on our identity and who we are as individuals, then our identities are being shaped by every other voice except our own.
