The Legacy 2008 edition features both poetry and short stories written by Southern Adventist University students. Poetry was written by Joelle Williams, Rene Mathis, Ashlee Chism, Tom Stone, Elena Acosta, Tina Poole, Rachel Lovelace, Melissa Faifer, Kristin Thomas, Megan Elmendorf, and Pauline Sfalanga. Short stories was written by Suzanne Ocsai, Kristin Thomas, Melissa Faifer, Jasmine Saxon, and Joelle Williams.
