Tyler S. Moon, 26, of 8a Carmella Drive, Gansevoort, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class-E felony. Moon was arrested October 20 in Moreau for an incident that occurred October 15. Moon has been sentenced to one and a half to three years in state prison; to make restitution in the amount of $684.15 plus surcharge; and use an ignition interlock device for three years as a condition of discharge. Bruce C. Albert, 57, of 52 Zephyr Lane, Apt. 6, Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree criminal contempt, a class-E felony. Albert was arrested March 17 in Saratoga Springs and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing August 7. Russell L. Palmateer III, 35, of 248 Broadway, Community Court Apt. 211, Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary, a class-D felony, and third-degree grand larceny, a class-D felony. Palmateer was arrested March 23 in Saratoga Springs for an incident that occurred March 2 and has been sentenced to five years of probation and to make restitution in the amount of $11,867.36. Alfred Evans, 23, residing at the Budget Inn, 2865 Route 9, Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree rape, a class-E felony. Evans was arrested December 1 in Saratoga for an incident that occurred in the month of July and has been sentenced to one year in Saratoga County Jail. Charles Morine, 42, of 153 Cooper St., Lake George, pleaded guilty to a charge of seconddegree burglary, a class-C violent felony. Morine was arrested October 4 in Saratoga for an incident that occurred August 10 and has been sentenced to six and a half years in state prison and five years of post release supervision, concurrent with Warren County. Douglas E. Amsler, 22, of 1500 Whithall St., Watervliet, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary, a class-D felony. Amsler was arrested October 9 for an incident that occurred September

Catrina Sumner, 30, of 188 South Broadway, Apt. 14, Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to report an address change within 10 days, a class-E felony. Sumner was arrested May 14 for an incident that occurred April 1 and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing August 6.

Angel L. Irizarry, 23, of 463 Pawling Ave., Troy, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class-C felony. Irizarry was arrested February 23 in Halfmoon and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing August 3.

Chester C. Jones, aka “X,� 34, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class-C felony. Jones was arrested February 9, 2011, in Saratoga Springs and has been sentenced to six years in state prison and three years of post release supervision. Lisa A. Freemantle, 39, of 2338 Route 50 South, Apt. 1, Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class-C felony. Freemantle was arrested May 4 in Saratoga Springs for an incident that occurred August 1 and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing August 6. Christopher M. Columbe, 26, of 2 University St., Schuylerville, was resentenced May 11 by Judge Jerry J. Scarano to 24 days in Saratoga County Jail and continued probation after Columbe admitted to a violation of his probation. Columbe was originally convicted June 17, 2010, of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony, for which he had been sentenced to five days in Saratoga County Jail and five years of pro-

Allen, 47, of 34 Hemlock Drive, Greenfield Center, was charged with 21 counts of a second-degree criminal sexual act, a class-D felony; 11 counts of second-degree rape, a class-D felony; seven counts of a third-degree criminal sexual act, a class-E felony; seven counts of third-degree rape, a class-E felony; and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class-A misdemeanor. Allen was arrested March 4 for incidents that occurred October 11 - February 2 and February 24, and is expected to return to court at a later date. Brendon F. Layton, 28, of 166 Middletown Rd., Waterford, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony. Layton was arrested March 13 in Halfmoon and is expected to return to court at a later date. Richard M. Manning Sr., 49, of 302 South Main St., Mechanicville, was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony; aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class-E felony; and reckless driving, a class-A

misdemeanor. Manning was arrested November 20 in Mechanicville and is expected to return to court at a later date. Kellie M. Rokjer, 34, of 56A West St., Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of fourth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class-D felony. Rokjer was arrested June 1, 2011, in Milton and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing August 2. Michael J. Lamanna, 57, PO Box 200, Kinderhook, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony. Lamanna was arrested February

28 in Clifton park and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing June 27. Jacquelyn R. Perillat, 51, of 49 Woodard Rd., Wilton, was resentenced June 7 by Judge Jerry J. Scarano to four weekends in Saratoga County Jail and continued probation after Perillat admitted to a violation of her probation. Perillat was originally convicted May 12, 2009, of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony, for which she was originally sentenced to two months of weekends in Saratoga County Jail and five years of probation.
