asper, the executive chef at Hattie’s Restaurant, is famous for his southern comfort foods, and most especially his fried chicken. With the release of The Hattie’s Restaurant Cookbook this year, he and his wife Beth are inviting everyone to take a seat at the table and try their hand at making cooking approachable again.
