Haute Papier’s Executive Pads are the perfect addition to any desktop! Flat printed on a super smooth stock, you’re sure to love the feel as your pen glides over the paper! Each single pad contains 75 sheets and double pads contain 150 sheets. Every font, motif and monogram from all of our collections are available for use , creating a myriad of possibilities in putting together à la carte pads or going with one of our lovely combos.
Our pads are printed and bound completely in-house, which ensures great quality + fast processing at an affordable price and to top it off, they’re printed on 100% recycled paper made in the USA.

All Personalized Desk Pads come as shown with the only variable being the personalization of a name(s) and/or monogram. At this time, we are not able to alter the layout or design. These pads are printed digitally and do not match the at print ink colors shown in Haute Papier’s Design Deck, due to the transparent nature of several colors allowing you to write over the majority of the surface of the pad. We’ve paired beautiful colors together and hope you like the combinations on these 12” x 18” notepads as much as we do!

STUDIO HOURS: Haute Papier’s hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We can be reached by phone at 866.740.4222 and by email for questions at help@hautepapier.com.
LAYOUT: Please indicate formatting in diagram when ordering. If layout is not indicated, we will proof your order with the copy centered justi ed and the motif centered below the copy. Requesting a design not shown in the catalog may incur additional charges. Designs with a bleed are not available in this collection, except on Desk Pads. Some notepads, including Desk Pads, Luxe Sets, Partner Pairs, Rainbow Collection, etc. come as shown. This is indicated on the top of the applicable pages. The Acrylic size notepad is only sold as part of our Acrylic Tray collection and comes as loose sheets.
PROOFS: Color proofs will be provided complimentary with each order, which will be sent via email. Please note that due to variations in computer screen resolutions, the colors as you view them on your computer may vary from the nished product. If changes are required, they will be at a charge of $15 per piece and revised proofs will be emailed back to the retailer. Charges for subsequent sets of changes are $15 per piece. Haute Papier never goes to print on an order until nal approval is provided by the retailer. As a reminder, notepads ordered via our online Executive Pad Ordering Portal are not proofed.
TURNAROUND TIME: Under normal circumstances, all proofed pad orders (those submitted via email or a paper order form) are shipped within 5-7 business days of Haute Papier receiving the nal proof approval. Under normal circumstances, all notepads ordered via our online Executive Pad Ordering Portal are shipped within 2-3 business days of being submitted.
CANCELLATIONS: Once an order has been proofed, cancellations cannot be accepted. Orders remaining in the proo ng stage for 30 days will be automatically cancelled and you will be invoiced for the full amount or $25, whichever is less. Please note, orders submitted via our online Executive Pad Ordering Portal cannot be cancelled.
SHIPPING: We ship via FedEx Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Individual single thickness pads in small, skinny, square and large, or an individual double thick small pad may ship via USPS for $12. All other pad sizes/thicknesses and quantities will ship via FedEx with charges starting at $15.00 per order. Please call or email for expedited FedEx rates if necessary. If ordering via our online Executive Pad Ordering Portal, actual shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
OUR GUARANTEE: We take great pride in making sure each and every order is exactly what the client ordered, perfectly printed, absolutely correct, on time, every time. If for any reason you are not pleased, please contact us within two weeks of delivery so we may resolve any problems.
