Discover Santa Fe’s Fine Artists! The Santa Fe Studio Tour is an exciting opportunity for visitors and Santa Fe residents to become acquainted with the people who make this city one of the “best art markets in the country.” Fifty-five artists, some of the best in Santa Fe, are exhibiting their work at thirty-eight studios throughout Santa Fe. Participating artists include painters working in oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, encaustic, and mixed-media; fine art printmakers (such as monotypes;) collage artists; photographers; sculptors; potters; fiber artists, jewelry-makers; a Ukrainian egg artist. Art in all price ranges and sizes are available on the tour. A Preview-Party at the Lodge at Santa Fe (750 N St Francis Dr) on November 12, will feature a sampling of the work of all tour participants. Stop by the hotel’s ballroom between 5:00-7:30 p.m. to party with the artists and get an idea of the kind of work that will be on display at each studio. Maps will be available at the event as well as at many hotels, restaurants and retail businesses throughout the city.
