Keeping up with Jones For Wesley Jones, the new head of the kitchen at the Rescue Mission, the annual Thanksgiving Feast, was quite a nerve wracking event.

With more than 300 guests, including the cooking of 72 turkeys, the mashing of more than 100 pounds of potatoes, and the preparation of 150 pounds of carrots, it was his biggest operation yet.
