Dear Professional, The level of competitiveness that organizations face in the midst of a flattening business landscape requires companies to integrate high-impact methods for cost management and profitability into their performance management frameworks. The Costing & Profitability Analytics training aims to provide companies with accurate information to make decisions on customer and product strategies, measure sales resources based on real profit generated, or identify and track opportunities for operational improvement. In this intensive, hands-on training, you will learn how to implement these capabilities in your organization and utilize costing and profitability analytics to overcome some of the most common issues associated with accurate revenue measurement, cost allocations, and the proper attribution of costs across customer and product levels. We will show you how to create cost and profit information using both advanced and proven tools and methodologies with the core focus being around the implementation and use of Activity-Based Costing (ABC). Working with a comprehensive case study, our course leader will provide you with the tools and training needed to create value. Furthermore, special one-on-one sessions will provide an opportunity to explore issues privately with the course leader. Please take the time to join us in Orlando and leave with practical solutions to some of your most pressing issues. We look forward to seeing you in Orlando in February!
