Sandra Miranda Pattin

I’m a Colombian artist and curator living in Italy. I studied Fine Arts in Florence, Italy and since then I have widely exhibited in Europe, Asia and South America. I have participated in the collective Bald Girls, stating feminism in China where I have worked widely lecturing and co-curating projects. I have worked with curators such as Marco Scotini and Juan Xu among others. Appointed first prize of photography Collezione Camera di Commercio di Mantova, Italy, nominated to the Sara Modiano prize as well as to the CoCA prize. Public collections: City of Delta del Po, Italy, Camera di Commercio di Mantova, Tina B Collection, Prague, Davis Museum, Barcelona, DiArt Fondazione d’Arte Contemporanea, Trapani and various private collections. I have also worked extensively in the curatorial field as Curator of Chiasso Perduto residencies space in Florence, Italy, where I currently live, advisor of Zhengmou Museum Qingdao, Head of International Projects Florence Biennale, where I curated the Career award for artists like Marina Abramovic, Shu Yong, Christo and Jeanne Claude among others. Founder of ArtSEEN Journal (England & Italy based) and Sillon 8 (Colombia), a magazine and a tv channel to promote art and culture.
