Award-winning designer Stan Topol and his extraordinary team bring luxury to residential and commercial spaces to life, in part, by playing by their own set of interior rules. Stan Topol refers to interior decoration as an art form—but in his experienced and creative hands, it’s often much more than that. Since the launch of his award-winning firm in the mid-1970s, Topol has not only realized interior dreams for his luxury clients, he’s also paved the way for future generations of designers. Early in his career, Topol spent summers in New York working with Billy Baldwin, the dean of American interior decoration. Topol’s intense commitment to education took him to the Art Institute of Atlanta, where he headed the interior design program and, later, oversaw the curriculum for the entire institution. With the help of his students, Topol would start his namesake firm intent on translating his clients’ vision through captivating spaces that reflect life, past and present, at its best. “We create comfortable and usable residential interiors,” Topol says. “Attention to detail is our
