3. Bunburys leased a lot in the Park for their mobile home pursuant to a written lease. On December 10, 2013 this Court issued a Judgment for eviction, costs and attorney fees against Bunburys in the matter of Homestead Acres Co-op, Inc. v.

Bunbury, Docket No. 381-8-13 Frcv. Bunburys were evicted from the Park in December, 2013.

4. Bunburys’ last known mailing address is 32 Fern Ledge Road, Sheldon, Vermont 05483.

5. The mobile home has been abandoned.

The home is empty.

The last known occupants of the mobile home were Kylie & Adam Bunbury. Utility services have been terminated. Bunburys have made no efforts or attempts to remove the home from the Park.

Homestead’s counsel has attempted to communicate with Bunburys with no response.

6. The following security interests, mortgages, liens and encumbrances appear of record with respect to the mobile home: a. Bunburys are in arrears on obligations to pay property taxes to the Town of Swanton, Vermont in the aggregate amount of $111.56.

7. Mobile home storage fees continue to accrue at the rate of $395.00 per month.

Transfer the mobile home which is unfit for human habitation to the Park owner, Homestead Acres Co-op, Inc. without a public auction so that it may be removed and disposed of accordingly.

Grant judgment in favor of the Park Owner and against the mobile home for past due and unpaid rent and mobile home storage charges through the date of judgment, together with Park Owner’s court costs, publication and mailing costs, winterization costs, lot cleanup charges, attorney’s fees incurred in connection with this matter and any other costs incurred by Park Owner herein.

4. Order pursuant to 10 V.S.A. § 6249(j) that the mobile home and any security deposit paid be conveyed to the park owner in “as is” condition, and free from all liens and other encumbrances of record.
