Zafferano, Noce Moscata, Pepe, Menta e Salvia sono le cinque differenti casseruole che la designer siciliana Stefania Vasques dedica alla tradizione mediterranea, agli antichi sapori e ai colori che solo la terracotta è in grado di trasferire in cucina. La linea Terra.Cotto reinterpreta così in chiave contemporanea il principio legato alle basse temperature di cottura che mantengono ed esaltano le proprietà organolettiche del cibo, preservandone vitamine e minerali. Antiaderenti per natura, per via dell’alta qualità e delle specificità del materiale con cui sono costituite — l’argilla di fuoco — le pentole Terra.Cotto permettono una distribuzione graduale del calore, favorendo il sapore delle pietanze anche con un ponderato utilizzo di sale. Non richiedono inoltre l’aggiunta di condimenti poiché sfruttano al massimo l’umidità e i grassi contenuti nei cibi stessi.
Saffron, Nutmeg, Pepper, Mint and Sage are the five different saucepans that Sicilian designer, Stefania Vasques, has dedicated to the Mediterranean tradition, to the ancient flavors and colors that only terracotta is able to bring to the kitchen. The modern Terra.Cotto collection reinterprets the principles tied to cooking at low heat while maintaining and bringing out organoleptic properties of the food, preserving both vitamins and minerals. Non-stick by nature because of the high quality and specific materials from which they are made — fired clay — the Terra.Cotto pans allow even distribution of heat, bringing out flavors without an excessive use of salt. No additional seasoning is required since vapors and fats produced by the food itself are made extremely present.
