 Also they have to try to contact the former JAs’ and make them to take part in BC activities.  After having the strong platform they should try to make their friends and families to participate in BC activities and encourage them to be a part of club.  Finally the sincere, dedicated and motivated BC friends can be a member a BC. Membership Proposal  Name of the prospective member will be proposed by an active member of the BC by a COMMON MEMBERSHIP FORM supplied by BCIO to the club president.  Prospective member will have to participate in club meeting and club activities for SIX MONTHS before getting complete BC membership.  Before getting final BC membership, once again the prospective member will be informed about the objective, purpose, mission and vision of Bridge Club, APCC and BCIO as a part of orientation process and solid MOTIVATION.  After achieving the target of membership development, BC President will REPORT to BCIO in detail immediately.  MEMBERSHIP FEE can be implemented if needed. But it will depend on the Bridge Club whether they need it or not.  Issue MEMBERSHIP ID NUMBER from the local BC if they need. Rules to be followed  The non JAs’ member will never be a part of the executive committee of BC and have no voting rights in General Meeting.  The non JAs’ members have no rights to take part in APCC as a PA.  The executive committee has rights to halt the membership if needed. 15.
