FIT & FORM The last is the solid form around which a shoe is molded. The fit of a shoe depends on the design, shape and volume of the shoe last. The shoe last must accommodate the anatomical features of the foot, while giving the finished shoe a great appearance. The dimensions of the last correspond to the size and width of the boot. One last can be used in many styles, resulting in different looking, but similar fitting boots. If a customer previously fit into a particular size shoe using a certain last, they should fit into any style shoe built around that last.

TERMS & CONDITIONS MERCHANDISE RETURNS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. (“Red Wing”) representing Vasque footwear (“Vasque”), accepts returns of defective merchandise. There is no prior authorization required. A return merchandise memo must accompany defective merchandise returns. The returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and via the most economical means. Transportation credit will be issued on defective merchandise and prompt credit will be issued on returned merchandise deemed defective after inspection by Red Wing.
This limited product warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Any implied warranties shall be effective for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of purchase from an authorized seller. Some states do not allow manufacturers to impose time limitations on certain implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

The retailer shall not market, advertise, offer to sell, sell and/ or fulfill orders for Vasque products from any other web site(s), or direct selling venues or locations including, but not limited to, affiliate, co-branded, third party web sites, portal shopping, comparison shopping and auction web sites, without Vasque’s prior written consent. Vasque retailers are not authorized to sell to or ship to any end users outside of the United States or Canada. This policy further prohibits resale or shipment of Vasque products by a retailer to any other business location inside or outside of the United States. The returned merchandise must be returned to Vasque (at the Salt Lake City, UT address below) within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise returned without a copy of the invoice or packing slip will be assessed a $10 per pair restocking fee. SPECIAL ORDERS: Special order merchandise may be returned within 45 days of delivery. Merchandise returned without a copy of the invoice or packing slip will be assessed a $10 per pair restocking fee. Merchandise not returned in the same condition as originally received will be assessed a $10 per pair reconditioning fee. A $10 per pair re-stocking fee will be charged on all special orders returned after 45 days. (“Red Wing”) will repair the defect or exchange the product. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase from an authorized seller. You must return your footwear to the Vasque seller from which the footwear was purchased. ADVERTISING GUIDELINES • This MAP policy applies to any and all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of Red Wing Shoe Company brands and products that in any way implies a price lower than the minimum advertised price made in any and all media accessible to a consumer, including but not limited to print, television, radio, direct mail, as well as any Internet site, social media platform, digital and mobile application or any other media now known or later developed. • This MAP policy will also apply to any rebates or instant rewards, buy one get one free or at some reduced amount below MAP, gift with purchase offers (when the gift exceeds 25% of the selling product’s retail value) and online sales, showing a price above MAP prior to the final check-out stage. Pricing in the final check-out stage must be obscured technically so that is not retrievable by shopping or pricing engines and not displayed on search page results within the retailer’s own website, even if logged in. • Free shipping in combination with an advertised product in accord with Red Wing’s MAP Policy is not a violation of this policy. • Red Wing may exempt certain designated designs, models and items from this policy for purposes of inventory reduction and model closeouts. In such cases, the authorized dealer, retail partner or distributor must advertise in a manner indicating the differentiation, e.g. closeout, discontinued color or style. • From time to time, Red Wing Shoe Company, in its sole discretion, may provide “break periods” to allow promotion of certain Red Wing product lines (such as Red Wing Work, Irish Setter, Vasque or Worx but not Heritage). Break periods for applicable product lines will be communicated directly to authorizeds dealers, retail partners or distributors as applicable and discounts may not exceed 25% of product’s retail value. • This MAP policy will also apply to any activity
which Red Wing Shoe Company determines, in its sole discretion, to be designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this policy. POLICY ENFORCEMENT • Any dealer or retailer that advertises Red Wing Shoe Company products at a price lower than the minimum advertised price, as outlined within the current MAP price list, may be immediately terminated from further sales to that authorized dealer, retail partner or distributor. • If an authorized dealer, retail partner or distributor with multiple store or physical brick and mortar locations violates this MAP policy at any one store location, or through any digital marketplace or associated website, Red Wing Shoe Company will consider this to be a violation by that dealer, retail partner or distributor. • Red Wing reserves the right to cancel any pending orders, restrict future orders, or suspend the dealer, retail partner or distributor’s account if Red Wing Shoe Company detects any violation to this MAP policy. • Red Wing Shoe Company’s MAP policy administrator (i.e. Brand Protection Manager) is solely responsible for determining whether a violation to this MAP policy has occurred and recommending appropriate actions and/ or sanctions to be applied in consultation with the General Manager of each respective Business Unit at Red Wing Shoe Company, and for executing the agreed upon actions and/ or sanctions. • Waivers or exceptions to this MAP policy may be granted at Red Wing Shoe Company’s sole discretion and communicated in writing by Red Wing’s MAP policy administrator. Red Wing Shoe Company sales, marketing or other company personnel are not authorized to modify or grant exceptions to this MAP policy. In the event that the MAP policy administrator authorizes a waiver to the MAP policy, the approved dealer, retail partner or distributor must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of the waiver/exception letter. Any deviation of the waiver letter will be considered a violation of the MAP policy. • Red Wing Shoe Company reviews the advertised prices of all dealers, retail partners and distributors directly, through third party agencies, or tools intended to monitor promotional pricing. Dealers, retail partners and distributors are expected to provide reasonable cooperation to any Red Wing investigation regarding possible violations to this MAP policy. Hindering, obstructing, delaying or otherwise failing to cooperate with a Red Wing MAP policy investigation will also be considered a violation of this MAP policy. • The MAP policy will be enforced by Red Wing in its sole discretion and without notice. Dealers, retailer partners and distributors have no right to enforce the company’s MAP policy. Violations to this policy may result in any of the sanctions mentioned above up to including termination of the business relationship with Red Wing Shoe Company, as well as any remedies available by law. • All questions or conerns regarding this MAP policy or suspected MAP policy violations should be directly sent by email to MAP@redwingshoes.com
