I started at the Worsley Marriott in August 2022 and quickly started to fit in. I have a longterm goal of opening my own restaurant, working at Worsley Park Country Club and the GlassHouse at Worsley is giving me a great foundation towards that. I enjoy my work there it’s a great team and I feel I’m developing well. I enjoy the kitchen classes at college as I work with fresh ingredients and it has really prepared me for the hospitality industry. I have been encouraged by the Executive Chef Joe Liptrot and my college tutor John Barry-inglis at all times to push myself to success in and out the kitchen.
