We truly care about your opinion and want to ensure you feel at home. We also send surveys via email after maintenance requests and when you move in or out. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Before the cold weather arrives, make sure to get outside and have some fun right at home! Whether you want to relax or get active, you can accomplish it right in your own community by taking advantage of the following outdoor amenities.
Outdoor Toys
The lake isn’t iced over yet! Outdoor fun for kids of all ages! Spend some quality family time at the Salem Green play area. Swing, climb, slide, or play a game of tetherball, hopscotch, or basketball for an afternoon of fun!
There is still plenty of time this year to enjoy the canoes and the beauty of Lake Schmidt. Whether you want to get on the water or just take a scenic walk around the area’s paths, now is a beautiful time to explore the community!
Pet Peeves Only certain pets are allowed at Salem Green, and only in certain buildings and on select floors. Small caged pets are permitted (max of two per apartment), and cats and dogs are only allowed if specified in your lease agreement. As you bring your leashed pets outside, remember to stay with them at all times and always pick up after them. Note that no visiting pets are allowed at the property unless allowed by law. The pet rules are clearly stated in your lease, and any violation could result in permanent removal of your pet from the property. For more information, please see your community policies packet.
BBQ Grill Area
The smell of barbecue is floating through the air at Salem Green (who’s hungry now?)! Gather with friends or family and enjoy an outdoor meal at any one of the property’s seven grill areas. Be sure to read the grilling safety section so you’re ready to go the next time you put your BBQ chef apron on!
