PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT The harsh weather conditions of the north have made us understand the varied challenges that are set by nature for the brushes. Taking into consideration these requirements, and in collaboration with our clients, we develop brushes that are the best in the world. That made possible not only the continuous monitoring of the effectiveness, but also the constant development on which the harsh weather conditions in different parts of the world have placed strict requirements. Decades of research, development and production of Polypropylene filaments have refined the durability and sweeping efficiency to the best in the world. For you to recognize the best performance, we gave our Polypropylene filament a name – FINALON™.

In 1996 we announced the first full plastic brush rings in the world. The ground-breaking convoluted BEELINE® brush ring set the new standards for brush rings. Some years later the revolutionary channel brush TURBOLINE® made new possibilities available for our customers all over the world.

TURBOLINE® TURBOLINE® is a channel brush. It consists of an installation plate and exchangeable tufts. It offers you everything you need in a channel brush. Never have sweeping been so efficient and changing the brush so comfortable! To set the highest standard, best material for bristles is used: FINALON™ Polypropylene filaments for outstanding lifetime. Also flat steel wire is an option for heavy duty applications.

In TURBOLINE® system the plate stays permanently in the sweeper, so you don’t have to pay for a plate every time you change a brush! Plastic plate can be used many times, steel plate is nearly everlasting!
In TURBOLINE® we use different filament colors to identify the filament thickness in the tufts. Flat wire is an option, too. You may mix the tufts to one plate to gain the desired performance and effectiveness.
In TURBOLINE® system the bundled filaments are in the furthest circle so the filaments support each other. It results that the brush pressure can be minimized which increases radically the lifetime of the brush.

The TURBOLINE® plate stays permanently on the sweeper and you just change the tufts by losing the bolts. This is as easy as it gets!
How many cubic meters does it take to transport or store 20 conventional channel brushes? 3 m³? Same amount of TURBOLINE® brushes take only 0,3 m³! Or another way around; In 3 m³ you can transport and store tufts for nearly 260 TURBOLINE® brushes!

BEELINE® We were the first in the world inventing the full plastic brush rings. Due to our manufacturing techniques, BEELINE® has more filaments than in any other brush ring in the world. Because the inner ring and filaments of BEELINE® are melted together, more bristles can be added than to metal rings. Moreover; because the inner ring of BEELINE® is convoluted, it has more circle to be filled with bristles. Therefore BEELINE® has remarkably longer life-time!
A brush roller consisting of BEELINE® brush rings has the form of dish openings that makes the sweeping more powerful and gives the broom improved pitching ability.
BEELINE® is designed to be used without distance rings. Lifetime of BEELINE® system is longer because now you can wear the bristles to the very end without leaving streaks behind.

Every size of BEELINE® brush ring has a specific filament thickness for the optimal performance. However, if you wish to tune up your application, we can offer many other filament thicknesses to meet your requirements.
Due to its advantages, BEELINE® is so effective that in most cases it replaces the brush rings with steel wire!
BEELINE® brush ring can be used in all weathers. The bristles can withstand even extremely cold temperatures without breaking out. Corrosion is not conceivable with BEELINE® system so they can be stored even outside!
