Brushed-up expertise We have manufactured brushes for mechanical oil recovery since 1980’s. Our product range covers brushes for all kind of devices from small skimmers to large equipment in multipurpose vessels. We are working in close cooperation with Finnish environment authorities, professionals and scientists by giving our contribution to develop more efficient results in oil recovery. Our comprehensive know-how includes not only best brush production techniques but also deeper understanding of different filament materials and their functionality with different oil types.
Custom-made brushes for Mechanical Oil Recovery Brushes for mechanical oil recovery are custom-made according to drawings or sample brushes. When necessary, we offer our help to improve existing solutions to increase oil-lifting capacity. We also work in close cooperation with our customers or their engineering consults when designing new brushes for new applications.

Hand brushes for Manual Oil Recovery In worst case scenario oil spill will reach shoreline. Rehabilitation of contaminated sites rely on environment authorities, rescue services, nature conservation and volunteer organizations. Work is hard and working conditions uncomfortable. Time is of the essence and the sight might be desperate. We have created a hand brush system to help and support in this essential duty. It is more ergonomic to relieve stress, effective to reduce time of the cleaning operation and durable to cut costs. Our patented Brush System for Manual Oil Recovery is the World’s first set of tools for professionals. It is also a demonstration of our long-term product development work. Field tests were made in cooperation with WWF Finland.
