Dear Friends of Saint Joseph Academy, With another academic year underway, we are pleased to present our 2013-2014 Honor Roll of Donors. We are so thankful for all of you. It is because of you that we are able to serve the 710 young women of Saint Joseph Academy with excellent programs, both in and out of the classroom. We are grateful that such deep belief in our mission is cause for so much generosity from our alumnae, parents, grandparents, friends, faculty, and staff. We are especially thankful for our sponsoring Congregation of St. Joseph. Without the vision, dedication, and support of the Sisters, we would not be the vibrant, vital and valued institution we are today. We are particularly proud to share the following accomplishments that your generosity has made possible: •
Chromebooks! Through the launch of SJA+, our new 1-to-1 technology program, each of our students received her own laptop computer.

Launch of our Health Sciences Honors Program. In recognition of the success our alumnae are enjoying in the healthcare field, and in response to an increased need for health sciences professionals and rising student interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), this program was developed to guide and inspire students interested in a range of healthcare careers from nursing to biomedical engineering.

We were able to award more than $1 million in tuition support to 65% of our student body.
•
Member of the class of 2014 earned more than $14.7 million in college merit awards, with 98% of the graduates beginning college this fall.
•
The young women of Saint Joseph Academy completed over 28,000 service hours to charities both locally and abroad, including mission trips to El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.
•
Our engineering students swept the awards at the “Tire of Tomorrow Challenge” during the 14th annual Goodyear Tire & Rubber Engineering Day.

The arts were celebrated as students won an impressive 50 awards at the regional 2014 Scholastic and Writing Competition, including two national awards.
We are thankful for the impact you have had on the lives of our students during the 2013-2014 year. Please know that their futures are brighter because of your investment. We hope that you will continue to support the mission of Saint Joseph Academy. You make such a difference in the lives of these wonderful young women as they take the first step toward realizing their dreams.
