Sandwiches & Spring Hours

Spring is right around the corner, bringing more members onto the golf course and into the clubhouse! We have a few changes in April that we are excited for our members to experience

You voted and we are listened! The Honor Bar will be filled with our Sahalee Sandwich Smackdown entries created by our culinary staff. We will be providing the Roast Beef, Pesto Chicken and Turkey Cranberry sandwiches as well as our Peanut Butter&Jelly and Egg Salad sandwiches. We will still have our member favorite Chicken Salad available, but this will be in a to go cup for those that would like a gluten free option.

The turn in weather provides us with the opportunity to freshen up our menu in the dining facility as well! Chef Adrian and his team have added a few new features for our Spring menu that will be sure to tantalize your taste buds – Mango Salsa and Chips, Arancini (fried risottos balls), Spicy Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Mushroom Fettucine and our Sahalee Sandwich Smackdown Champion – The Grilled Rueben. We have also upgraded our steak cuts to USDA Prime in response to recent member feedback This new menu is being launched tomorrow and we are looking forward to serving you!

Our culinary team has been extremely successful with our fresh sheets and members have been responding with a lot of positive feedback In order to give our members a better opportunity to try everything that we are offering, we are extending our fresh sheets to two weeks at time We hope that everyone will take advantage of this to sample the creativity that is percolating in our kitchen!

Beginning April 25th, we will be opening for lunch on Tuesdays and extending our hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays to offer a limited menu until 7pm. As the days lengthen, this will give golfers a chance to grab a drink and a bite after their round and help elevate the overall member experience! We are looking forward to continuing to look for new opportunities and services to make our members happy and proud of their club!
