Personal Profile I am a dedicated and self motivated person who works well independently or as part of a team. I can adapt to any environment to work in and like using my full potential to complete any task that I am given. I am organised and possess excellent communication skills which help me to be a good team player whilst providing a high standard of customer service.

Most recent employment: Flexible Shop assistant - London Magic Store Bexleyheath – (16 th February 2013 – Present) Responsibilities include: meeting competitive sales targets, handling payments, excellent customer service, efficient stock control and packaging products to be displayed in a professional manner. Catering and Banqueting at Charlton Athletic Football Club – (3 rd November 2012 – May 4th 2013) My role is to deliver excellent customer service in bars and private boxes in CAFC through catering and working behind till. Time management, multi tasking and team work skills here are essential as it can get extremely crowded when event games are on, however I enjoy enduring these challenges.

Covered a range of skills including: health and safety, customer service, working as part of team, problemsolving, communication skills and dealing with conflict. Voluntary work: Stephan Lawrence Charity Trust Magazine Team (5th March – 15th July 2012) Volunteered in a charity trust after the name of Stephan Lawrence at Deptford Bridge. My role as a team member for this magazine that gets published to the public is to; arrange and take part in interviews, prepare contextual information and write up potential articles for my team. It is vital I communicate thoroughly in my team in order to meet magazine deadlines for issue releases. My team and I have carried out interviews and wrote articles with well known characters such as Boris Johnson and other inspirational figures such as Channel 4’s Top Boy drama actor Ashley Walters which was an exclusive to the magazine I covered. I gained an excellent experience in the media industry of journalism and interviewing which helped me develop my communicative and team working skills even further.
